Michael Soloman

I am the founder of Responsible 100. We calculate a responsibility score out of 100 for any business or organisation. We do this by looking at a wide range of social, environmental, ethical and governance issues. We work with a range of practitioners and experts to create scorecards which describe POOR, OKAY, GOOD and EXCELLENT standards of practice on all the issues we explore.

We use these scorecards to help organisations work out how they perform, how they compare to their peers, what better and best practices look like, and if, how and when to adopt them. We convert results into a score out of 100 for those that wish to benchmark across a wide range of issues.

Responsible 100 has convened and chaired 57 roundtable peer review meetings bringing almost 550 different organisations together, including businesses large and small, NGOs, campaign groups, investors, academics, government and more. We work with people from a wide range of backgrounds, with a diversity of thought and experience, who are passionate about the issues, and share our mission to realise the full potential of business to improve our world.

Responsible 100 has created and work-shopped POOR, OKAY, GOOD and EXCELLENT scorecards on Responsible AI, in addition to Reducing GHGs, Transition to the Low Carbon Economy, and whole host of other related ESG issues.
