Mark Ainsworth is currently the Head of Data Insights at Schroders - responsible for creating a new capability in the advanced use of data for asset management in the Equities division, as well as delivering a framework of data analytics to support Portfolio Managers and Research teams to make better investment decisions.
Prior to working at Schroders, Mark has provided analytics for McLaren Racing, Tesco and Telefonica Digital. He also founded a company called The Whole Story in 2011, where he acted as an independent consultant drawing on multiple applications of data science.
Mark holds a MSc degree in Operational Research from University of Southampton, as well as a BA in Experimental Psychology from University of Oxford.
