Lisa Schirf

Former COO Data Strategies Group and AI Research Citadel

Lisa Schirf is the former Chief Operating Officer, Data Strategies and AI Research at Citadel and has over 20 years of experience in asset management, investment banking and technology.  At Citadel, Lisa provided comprehensive data science and artificial intelligence solutions for their fundamental and quantitative strategies. 

Prior to working at Citadel, Lisa headed business development for the Global Information Services Division of NASDAQ.  Prior to NASDAQ, Lisa was the Chief Operating Officer of two asset management firms, a venture investor with a group of MIT alumni and an investment banker at Goldman Sachs.  She started her career as a fixed income portfolio manager and trader.  

Lisa has served as a member of the Alumni Board at the MIT Sloan School of Management and was an Honoree for the 50 Leading Women in Hedge Funds 2017.

Lisa holds a MBA from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BS in Business Administration from Villanova University.
