Kevin Bourne

Kevin Bourne is the former Global Head of Sustainable Investment at FTSE Russell, and former Global Head of Electronic and Portfolio Trading at HSBC. He was appointed to FTSE as Managing Director & Head of Sustainable Investment. His appointment was subsequently extended to simultaneously include the role of Managing Director & Global Head of Database Services for the London Stock Exchange Group which included management of several core data product platforms within the group including SEDOL, ISIN, LEI & UK Corporate Actions.

His earlier career included appointments to Salomon Brothers & Citibank as EMEA Head of Electronic Trading then latterly HSBC where he was Global Head of Electronic & Portfolio Trading. At HSBC he also initiated & launched the ground breaking HSBC Climate Change Index & was the Equities lead on  the Chairman’s Climate Change Operating & Risk Committee formed in 2007 which was the banks first strategic program to manage the economic impact of Climate Change across the enterprise.
